Because our products are custom made and printed to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect album selections, or personalized/custom orders.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong order.

To report an issue, contact us at vintagealbums1@gmail.com and include your order number along with photos of the item and packaging if possible.

Approved Issues

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will work with you to make it right through a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Return Requests

Returns must be requested and approved before any item is sent back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your request has been reviewed, we will notify you whether a refund or replacement has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
